Starting his journey as an operations engineer in the aerospace industry after serving his country with the United States Marine Corps., Dennis transitioned to strategic consulting, leveraging his comprehensive skill set across a range of industries including Defense, Healthcare, Power Generation, and more. His journey was fueled by a desire to effect tangible change in organizations, leading to his successful stints in consulting.
Dennis’s love for his job stems from his capability to transform existing business streams and develop manufacturing layouts for new programs. His deep understanding of Lean deployment, gained through personal training by Shingijutsu USA, positions him as a trusted advisor in the industry. He uses this knowledge to coach leaders in the development and deployment of Long Range Strategic Plans, ensuring a seamless execution through Hoshin planning at all operational levels.
