Bob Morin

Senior Consultant – Program Manager

Bob Morin’s operational experience spans over 25 years in the aerospace, consumer products, and medical devices industries. Bob began preparing for his future role as a problem solver while serving in the U.S. Navy for eight years, honing his leadership skills in various locations. His Navy experience instilled in him a drive for simplicity and cost-effectiveness in engineering solutions. 

His passion for data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement led him to a career in consulting, where he has made a significant impact across various sectors. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over two decades of Process Excellence application, Bob has saved millions of dollars in cost for numerous organizations. His engineering mindset, coupled with a people-first philosophy, has gained him recognition as a Lean Transformation expert. 

Prior to joining CBS, Bob served as a Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Focused Improvement Element owner for Altium Packaging, where he was instrumental in implementing lean and TPM systems across the organization. He holds a Masters of Business Operational Excellence,  Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. 

Outside of work, Bob’s hobbies include fishing and sports where he can apply his creativity and analytical thinking.
