Aaron Stresemann, a Senior Management Consultant, brings over 20 years of hands-on expertise in continuous improvement, manufacturing, and supply chain operations to his clients. His journey began as an active-duty Marine, where he honed his leadership and problem-solving skills under demanding conditions. This military foundation, combined with his experience as a facilitator with Shingijutsu at Snap-on Tools, has proven invaluable in guiding teams through kaizen events, lean transformations, and operational implementations.

A Tennessee-based certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Aaron entered manufacturing and quickly made his mark in diverse industries, including aerospace, forging, machining, automotive, textiles, electronics, construction, utilities, and more. His career highlights include serving as Vice President of Operations for a Tier 2 automotive supplier, where he led high-impact teams and drove sustainable, enterprise-level improvements.

With 8+ years dedicated to consulting, Aaron has excelled at fostering continuous improvement across organizations. His technical depth includes extensive knowledge of CNC machining, programming, and FANUC robotics. He has a proven track record of delivering measurable results, such as increasing rolled throughput yield, boosting productivity, developing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, optimizing material flow and production planning, elevating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), driving set-up reduction (SMED), and managing automation capital projects.A dedicated family man, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three kids. His hobbies include home improvement projects and podcasting, pursuits that reflect his hands-on nature and passion for learning and sharing insights.
