Industry 4.0 isn’t just a catchy term—it’s a fundamental shift in how businesses operate, innovate, and compete. But what exactly does it …
“Business is about people. The more you invest in understanding what drives them, the better your results will be.”
Brad Crnich serves as Director of Business Development at Competitive Business Solutions (CBS), where he helps companies unlock transformational growth through people-powered solutions. With over a decade of experience in industrial staffing and strategic account leadership, Brad knows how to connect the right people to the right problems—and how to solve them.
After graduating from the University of Oregon, Brad was a financial advisor at Edward Jones before teaching special education and coaching sports at an American school in Brazil. After returning to the states, Brad launched his first business—a successful local moving company—where he saw firsthand how hard work and a customer-first mindset could drive real results. That hands-on experience ultimately led him into the staffing industry, where he went on to spend more than 10 years at Aerotek, 8 of which as a Senior Account Manager. There, he built high-performing teams through a commitment to transparency, accountability, and trust.
At CBS, Brad leads with empathy and execution. Whether helping clients navigate workforce challenges or build long-term strategies for operational success, he brings curiosity, integrity, and follow-through to every engagement. His focus is always on building strong relationships—and even stronger outcomes.
When he’s not supporting clients or brainstorming solutions, Brad is all about his family. He and his wife stay busy raising three young kids and spending weekends on the sidelines of whichever sport is in season—lacrosse, basketball, or wrestling. A lifelong runner and triathlete, Brad also enjoys endurance events, travel, and cheering on his Oregon Ducks.
