Todd Hanlin

With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Aerospace Quality and Operations leader to Tier 1 aircraft manufacturers, Todd Hanlin has been an integral part of Competitive Business Solutions (CBS) for years, bringing a passion for problem-solving to his role as Principal Consultant. Starting his journey in the aerospace industry, Todd has been instrumental in organizational culture transformations supporting companies like Boeing, Eaton, Collins Aerospace, and GE Aircraft. Todd has also led multiple ISO9001 and AS9100 implementations.

His love for the job stems from the pleasure he gets by providing strategic guidance to organizations at all levels. Being a servant leader, Todd enjoys mentoring and coaching, fostering a Continuous Improvement mindset rather than treating it as an activity. His profound contributions to the aerospace and defense sectors, as well as to the oil and gas, residential construction, and distribution industries, have resulted in double-digit, year-over-year reductions in scrap, rework, and DPPM.

Outside of CBS, Todd has a knack for mentoring young minds through sports, specifically volleyball, showcasing his passion for community involvement and personal development. As a drummer and singer in the praise team, Todd’s creative side shines, connecting with people on a personal level. Being an outdoors enthusiast, he loves fishing and boating, along with general outdoor activities.
