With an impressive career spanning over three and a half decades, Tim Mason, Vice President of Consulting Services, brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his role at CBS. A seasoned mechanical engineer and Lean transformation expert, Tim thrives on dissecting processes, eliminating waste, and injecting efficiency into every facet of an organization’s operation. His passion for problem-solving has seen him diving headlong into diverse projects, from jet engine construction to agricultural operations. This diversity of experience, combined with his love for strategic business operations, fuels his successful career in consulting, and his results speak for themselves. 

Prior to joining CBS, Tim was the founder and president of Catalyst Associates, where he built a solid reputation for his strategic focus on Lean implementation and operations, teamwork, accountability, optimization, and cost containment. In his lengthy and diverse career, he has significantly improved the profitability of hundreds of companies across the U.S., Mexico, the U.K., and Europe. Renowned for his acumen in turnaround situations, mergers, and acquisitions, Tim is a true Lean expert, known for his innovative and cost-effective solutions 

When Tim is not revolutionizing business operations, you can find him indulging in his numerous hobbies. Tim enjoys the great outdoors, remodeling houses, restoring vintage vehicles, home brewing, golfing, skiing, camping, and much more. His love for machines led him to a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and his passion for improvement led him to consulting.
