Ed boasts a diverse operations portfolio, having held both functional and executive roles, which equips him with a deep understanding of the complex challenges organizations face. His expertise in implementing lean transformation initiatives has been instrumental in driving change across entire business units and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Notably, he pioneered lean production and kaizen techniques during a “greenfield” business start-up for Lockheed Martin’s space division, setting a benchmark for industry practices.

In his previous roles, Ed served as Director of Operations, where he led the first comprehensive aerospace and defense implementation of SAP, showcasing his ability to integrate advanced technology into operational frameworks. Additionally, his background as an IT Manager and Manufacturing/Process Engineer has provided him with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and operational processes.
